Review of the Movie The Secret
Many "experts" have given an "unbiased" review of the movie The Secret. Most of the reviews I have read are of a negative nature.
Everyone who's seen the movie is suddenly an expert in the field of the law of attraction. They believe that they are now qualified to give a review of the movie The Secret.
I have seen the movie and I have extensively studied the law of attraction. While I don't claim to be an expert in the field, I can give some insight that an uneducated person may not.
For those that have not seen the movie, it is well worth your time to see it. While you probably won't be able to go to your local video store and rent it, there are a few ways that you can see it.
On the official Secret website (The Secret TV), you can stream the movie for $5. This is a one-time viewing and is actually the way I first saw it. It is great quality, like watching a DVD. Your other option is to buy the DVD. You can get it from the official website or various other places.
In keeping with the positive message of The Secret, this review of the movie The Secret will focus on the positive (Not that I didn't like anything about the movie).
The movie is a documentary-style that features the world's leading authorities on the law of attraction. These are the ultra-successful people you've always heard about. Most of them are coaches, teachers, scientists, or authors. Many of them have dedicated their lives to teaching about the law of attraction and other universal laws. Some of the teachers featured in the movie include: Bob Proctor, Michael Beckwith, Jack Canfield, and Joe Vitale.
While there are many more, those four alone are worth the price of admission. Bob Proctor is probably the leading authority on the principles taught in this movie. He has studied and taught these principles for nearly 50 years.
Michael Beckwith is the pastor at the Agape Church in California. He is a dynamic speaker and adds tremendously to every scene he is in. Jack Canfield is best known for his creation "Chicken Soup for the Soul". Joe Vitale is a successful author and copywriter. He is known as a marketing genius.
All of these men are amazingly successful and they all credit their success to the principle taught in this movie. This should get everyone's attention. While this is a review of the movie The Secret, I'll try to look at some of the substance as well.
The theme of the entire movie is like a "how-to" manual to get whatever you want. Happiness, health, and wealth is yours for the taking.
The steps that are outlined in order to this are 1. ask 2. believe 3. recieve.
One important thing to realize when watching this movie is that this is kind of like an introductory lesson. When you're finished with the movie, you will want to know more, and this is good.
There is volume after volume of books that you can study on the subject. This process is a very basic version, but the key steps are there. Belief is critical to your success. If you even waver for a moment, you are hurting your cause. The stronger your belief...the faster you get what you want.
Remember when Jesus said, "All of the promises are for those that believe." He was pretty insistent on this point. There's a reason for this. Belief is like the gas that gets you to where you want to go. Without gas, you'd be stranded on the side of the road. Without belief, you are stranded on the way to where you want to go.
Anyways, back to the review of the movie The Secret. The movie was beautifully directed. There is really no point where you begin to lose interest. You constantly want to see more. It is truly a wonderful piece of film.
If you haven't yet seen the movie, I would recommend watching it as soon as you can. Just go to the official website and pay the $5. It is well worth the cost.
I mean, let's face it...you've probably rented a few movies at Blockbuster before and they cost nearly $5 a piece now. If you're like me, you've probably rented a few movies that you'd rather throw against the wall and shatter than finish watching them. I'm not going to name any names though (The Horse Whisperer, any Hugh Grant movie). So why not watch something of high quality? Something that can actually change your life for the better. I hope that you've found this review of the movie The Secret helpful.
If so... check out the rest of the site. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
